My goal is to lead a business - to be an example of great leadership for employees and the communities that I serve. For a business owner who is considering the next chapter in their life, I offer a personal transition opportunity where their business can continue to thrive and grow under great leadership.

Leading and building teams...

Growing up, I was fortunate to be surrounded by amazing examples of leadership, through both my parents and my sports team coaches.

My father ran his own Periodontics practice for over 40 years and my mother helped lead a fortune 200 energy company by taking on various executive leadership positions throughout her 35 year career. My parents taught me that leadership is about caring for and empowering people around you. They taught me that leading a business takes hard work and perseverance

My high school basketball coach taught me that new heights are unlocked when you have an undying belief in every players' potential. My college coach taught me that you can achieve amazing success when you hold each player and the team to the highest level of excellence.

I've realized through my experiences leading in sports and in business that I have a deep passion for working with teams to build something that is significant and impactful - something we are proud of.

After high school, I committed to play Varsity basketball at Amherst College with the dream of winning a DIII National Championship. As co-captain my senior year, after two years of losing in the sweet-sixteen and one year of losing in the final four, I helped lead my team to an undefeated season (33-0) and National Championship. It was a journey of joy and pride that my teammates and I will never forget.

As a Systems Account Manager at Trane in Richmond, VA, I drove account development and sales of HVAC systems for twenty-five engineering and contracting firms, with over 100 individual customers. At the end of my five years, I was managing over $6mm worth of sales across dozens of projects, coordinating across Trane's business units to provide the highest level of customer service and project success

In my two years at business school, I continued to hone my leadership and business management skills by taking courses focused on leadership, people management, and entrepreneurship. I strengthened my entrepreneurial skills by working part-time on my own start-up and two early stage ventures. I also held multiple leadership positions, working with different teams on culture building and business projects.
